On this week's episode of Restaurant: Impossible, Robert Irvine and his crew are in Opelika, Alabama to makeover Waler's Gas & Grill. Walter's Gas & Grill is a restaurant that is located at a gas station. The owner Penny has a failing restaurant and it is also impacting her health. She will need to make changes to more than just the restaurant to make the restaurant a success.
As I normally do with Restaurant: Impossible episodes, I searched around the Internet to read stories, comments and reviews about Walter's Gas & Grill to get an idea of how the restaurant is doing since Robert Irvine visited, and here is what I found (note - all reviews are post Restaurant: Impossible):
Positive Reviews:
- "Stopped here for lunch with a friend. Don’t let the outside fool you this is a clean place. The menu changes each day. The food was prepared as fresh as you can find. The people working there couldn’t be nicer. Since I live in the area I’m looking forward to my next visit."
- "Awesome place to eat! Some of the best food you will ever eat! You can't beat this place! These people know how to cook! Will be going back often!"
- "Food is great and the service is exceptional. What a treasure."
- "Amazing down home southern cooking.......they have amazing Brunswick stew."
- "The people are what makes this place special."

Conclusion:
The reviews for Walter's Gas & Grill since the Restaurant Impossible makeover have been all positive. The restaurant seems to have a lot of local support and the reviews before the makeover were also very positive. It seems that the show reached out to them rather than the other way around, so maybe that is why these reviews seem much more positive than other episodes.
