Tonight at 9pm ET on Food Network is the season 7 finale of Spring Baking Championship where the winner will take home a $25,000 prize. The three remaining bakers competing for the prize are Derek Corsino, Natalie Soto, and Keya Wingfield.
Tonight's episode description states:
"The first round is for the birds as host Ali Khan challenges the bakers to create spring songbird-themed desserts. Then it's all about celebrating the joys of the garden and the critters within. The bakers must make lush spring garden cakes with a surprise design element inside. Judges Kardea Brown, Nancy Fuller and Duff Goldman award the best baker the title of Spring Baking Champion and the $25,000 prize."
I will update this post with the season 7 winner of Spring Baking Championship after the episode airs.

Natalie Soto won the first challenge and had the advantage of picking the critters to incorporate into their final garden cake and also assign the critters to her competitors. She chose to use ladybugs and butterflies and assigned Keya bumble bees and dragonflies and Derek caterpillars and spiders.
The judges decided that Keya Wingfield made the best spring garden cake in the finale and she won the $25,000 prize and a feature in Food Network Magazine.
