The Food Network South Beach Wine and Food Festival (SOBEWFF) is scheduled to take place in Miami Beach from February 21st through February 24th this year. The list of events can be found here, and while a lot of events are sold out, there are still many available. Pretty much all of the Food Network chefs are participating in some sort of event, and the full list of Food Network chefs participating can be found here.
This year, there is a new event hosted by José Andrés, which is a Celebrity Chef Golf Tournament. The chefs participating in it and bringing their 'athletic talents' include: José Andrés, Michael Anthony, Cesare Casella, Todd English, Nadia G., Alex Guarnaschelli, Linton Hopkins, Edward Lee, Tim Love, Giorgio Rapicavoli, Jeremy Sewall, Ming Tsai, Mark Zeitouni, and Southern Wine & Spirits' own Kevin Fennessey, Brad Vassar and John Wittig.
The cost is $2,000 for a foursome, or $650 per individual, and 'each foursome will be paired with a chef, winemaker or spirit producer so you have an expert to help slice through the delicious food and drinks that will meet each team throughout the course. Continental breakfast starts at 7:30am and the shotgun start is promptly at 8:30am.'
